Ohio School Based Health Care Toolkit
The toolkit was designed as a collaboration between state agencies to provide tactical advice and resources to excite schools and care providers about school-based health care. The toolkit answers key questions about starting out, operationalizing partnerships, ensuring sustainability and measuring success. It can be used as a resource to either begin a new school-based health partnership or to expand upon one that already exists.
